Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client success or account management
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Proven track record of solving complex customer issues
- Familiarity with Salesforce and similar tools is highly desirable
