Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships
- Proactively monitor ride performance and client satisfaction, addressing inquiries and service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in the NEMT or transportation industry
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and analytics tools
- Knowledge of healthcare systems such as Medicaid and Medicare is a plus
- Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance standards
