Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (EMEA/UK).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding business, product, and technical areas
• Drive account growth by expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client sales opportunities
• Organize and participate in working groups to improve client engagement and optimize the client lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting (preferably vendor or back office)
• Strong client focus with a drive for optimal client outcomes
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
