Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary liaison between clients and the RCM team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data analysis, reports, and recommendations for improvement
  • Manage audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to uphold performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing and practice management
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with proven account management skills
  • Proficient in healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical skills
