Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support clients within the Managed Security Solutions business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Briefing new clients on operational execution and expected outcomes
- Conducting technical discussions on operational activities related to cyber threat actor operations
- Providing technical and product support for Managed Services and encouraging client renewals
Required Qualifications and Education
- Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Knowledge of various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar)
- Familiarity with the MITRE Attack Framework
- Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Current knowledge of client success practices, security threats, and network technologies
