Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support clients within the Managed Security Solutions business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Briefing new clients on operational execution and expected outcomes
  • Conducting technical discussions on operational activities related to cyber threat actor operations
  • Providing technical and product support for Managed Services and encouraging client renewals
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Knowledge of various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar)
  • Familiarity with the MITRE Attack Framework
  • Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
  • Current knowledge of client success practices, security threats, and network technologies
