Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, Agency to join their Agency Growth Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate strategic relationships with key agency partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maximize dollar retention within the client portfolio and prevent revenue decline
• Act as the primary contact for agency clients, managing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media and client services/account management; advertising/media agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with programmatic digital media buying and various advertising platforms
• Proven track record in driving revenue retention and identifying expansion opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Experience working within Salesforce and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
