Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Temporary) in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty
  • Manage the client journey from post-onboarding to product adoption and renewal
  • Provide product training and proactively monitor client portfolio health
Required Qualifications
  • Previous LMS/E-Learning experience with a blend of technology and practitioner knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success/account management or similar roles
  • Basic understanding of core web components and SaaS
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is highly regarded
  • Experience with software tools such as Churn Zero, JIRA, Salesforce, and Zendesk is preferred
