Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Engagement and Wellbeing Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of wellbeing products for clients, ensuring best practices are followed
- Lead client presentations and discussions, utilizing data and insights to demonstrate product value and drive engagement
- Analyze client results and develop strategic recommendations to align with business priorities and drive ROI
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience in wellbeing, health, or Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on product management
- Experience in revenue-focused roles and familiarity with KPI and ROI metrics
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in customer satisfaction or success roles
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
