Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement and Wellbeing Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of wellbeing products for clients, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Lead client presentations and discussions, utilizing data and insights to demonstrate product value and drive engagement
  • Analyze client results and develop strategic recommendations to align with business priorities and drive ROI
Required Qualifications
  • Industry experience in wellbeing, health, or Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on product management
  • Experience in revenue-focused roles and familiarity with KPI and ROI metrics
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • 10+ years of experience in customer satisfaction or success roles
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Healthcare
