Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support growth by managing a portfolio of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding to renewal, focusing on retention, engagement, and upselling
  • Nurture relationships with key decision makers and conduct strategic business reviews
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify account growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in high growth client-facing roles with P&L targets
  • Background in Fixed Income/Credit markets is preferred
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end post-sales client life cycles
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration with sales, product, and marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
