Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager focused on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renewal process for client portfolios, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client engagement with services
  • Monitor client health metrics and develop proactive plans to ensure value realization and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record of managing revenue, including renewals and successful upsells or cross-sells
  • Ability to engage in strategic conversations with directors and executives regarding organizational goals
  • Experience managing complex client projects
  • US work authorization
