Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager focused on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process for client portfolios, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client engagement with services
- Monitor client health metrics and develop proactive plans to ensure value realization and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of managing revenue, including renewals and successful upsells or cross-sells
- Ability to engage in strategic conversations with directors and executives regarding organizational goals
- Experience managing complex client projects
- US work authorization
