Required Qualifications
- Prior Software Client Success Management experience, preferably in a scaled environment
- Experience with EMR and Practice Management software
- Ability to utilize ChurnZero Customer Success Management Software
- High standards for personal and team accountability
- Proper phone etiquette and effective discovery skills
