Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes while delivering exceptional experiences with their Growth Operating System.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success
- Deliver training and client communications at key points in the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
