Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes while delivering exceptional experiences with their Growth Operating System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and success
  • Deliver training and client communications at key points in the customer journey
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
