Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading meetings and maintaining clear agendas and action items
• Drive responsiveness for sponsor requests and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and decisive action
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with business or analytics backgrounds welcome
• 3-7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or related fields
• Experience in leading communication with external stakeholders and presenting updates
• Executive presence and outstanding communication skills, including fluent English
• Familiarity with oncology trial processes and privacy regulations is a plus
