Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading meetings and ensuring clear documentation of agendas and action items
• Drive responsiveness to sponsor requests and communicate effectively to ensure satisfaction
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with relevant healthcare knowledge accepted
• 3-7 years of experience in clinical project management, clinical research, or related fields
• Experience in leading communication with external stakeholders and presenting updates
• Executive presence with fluent English and strong real-time Q&A skills
• Familiarity with oncology trial processes and privacy regulations is a plus
