Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading meetings and ensuring clear communication of agendas and action items
• Drive responsiveness and service levels for sponsor requests while maintaining accurate communication and escalating issues as needed
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with business or analytics backgrounds welcome
• 3-7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, Study Operations, or related fields
• Experience in leading communication with external stakeholders, including presenting updates and handling urgent inquiries
• High sense of ownership and organization, with familiarity in oncology trial processes and privacy regulations preferred
• Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools, with strong reporting skills in Excel and Slides
