Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading recurring calls, business reviews, and ad-hoc engagements
• Drive responsiveness and service levels for sponsor requests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing business risks
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain reliable data in CRM and operational systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with business or analytics backgrounds welcome
• 3-7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or related fields
• Experience leading communication with external stakeholders, including presenting updates and handling urgent questions
• Executive presence and outstanding communication skills in fluent English
• Familiarity with the oncology trial process and privacy regulations like HIPAA/GDPR is a plus
