Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to drive client relationships and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Provide technical insights and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of client management, account management, or technical customer success experience
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing expansion sales for mid-market or enterprise clients
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and user support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with fundraising-related tools and knowledge of mission-driven organizations preferred
