Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain positive net revenue retention across assigned clients and collaborate with commercial partners to generate leads
  • Understand client priorities and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful product utilization and client education
  • Monitor account health and represent the client's voice internally while addressing any emerging issues


Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Market Access with knowledge of payer trends and pharmaceutical contracting strategies
  • Able to lead multiple strategic engagements and influence stakeholders effectively
