Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager, Marketer.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain successful client relationships by proactively seeking engagement opportunities
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for marketer clients, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues
• Collaborate with internal teams on managed service or consulting opportunities and monitor client account performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Client Services, Customer Success, or Agency experience
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with programmatic digital media, Paid Search, or Social Media platforms
• Experience working within Salesforce is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and a growth mindset
