Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager for the East Coast US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer base to identify security gaps and expand service offerings
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Organize customer information across platforms and maintain project plans for client requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client or customer success experience with upsell and renewal responsibilities
- Experience in developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
- Understanding of SIEM technology operations (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic)
- Proven ability to build trust through honesty and integrity
- Aptitude for technology knowledge and previous experience with project management tools
