Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned clients, focusing on adoption, usage, and success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Analyze account statuses and trends to report findings to management and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of related experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
- Experience in the SaaS solutions or association/non-profit sector is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
