Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of assigned clients, focusing on adoption, usage, and success
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Analyze account statuses and trends to report findings to management and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of related experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
  • Experience in the SaaS solutions or association/non-profit sector is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
