Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Sponsor Delivery / Clinical Trial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts, leading meetings and ensuring clear agendas and action items
• Drive responsiveness for sponsor requests, effectively communicating and addressing business risks
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans and maintain accurate data in CRM systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred, with a welcome for business or analytics backgrounds
• 3-7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or healthcare program management
• Experience in leading communication with external stakeholders and presenting updates
• High sense of ownership, organization, and familiarity with oncology trial processes is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools, with strong reporting skills in Excel/Slides
