Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (Client Management III) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction to foster strong relationships and achieve retention goals
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, educate clients on products, and drive adoption and utilization
• Analyze client concerns and prepare work plans to improve the client experience and address their needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years of Clinical and Operational Business experience in Wound Care
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent software
• Proficiency in communication software
