Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty
  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and advocacy
  • Consult on and measure learning program effectiveness, linking outcomes to business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in LMS, HR Tech, or EdTech
  • Experience as a Learning & Development practitioner with program design and evaluation
  • Ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable customer engagement and ROI
  • Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
  • Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and core web technologies
