Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty
- Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and advocacy
- Consult on and measure learning program effectiveness, linking outcomes to business goals
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in LMS, HR Tech, or EdTech
- Experience as a Learning & Development practitioner with program design and evaluation
- Ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable customer engagement and ROI
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
- Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and core web technologies
