Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with key accounts to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new accounts, addressing potential issues proactively
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies for growth within high potential accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
