Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with key accounts to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new accounts, addressing potential issues proactively
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies for growth within high potential accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or sales
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Strong relationship development and management skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly desirable
