Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support & Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective clients through various communication channels
• Guide agents through the application and documentation submission process
• Review documents for completeness and prepare files for approval review

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client success, sales, operations management, or account management
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
• Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and accountable demeanor
