Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain relationships and ensure value delivery within its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and pricing negotiations
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and introducing enhanced solutions
  • Act as a strategic partner by building relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
  • Proven ability in relationship development and commitment to customer service
  • Experience with SaaS business applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and MEDDPICC
  • Knowledge of the ethics and compliance learning space is preferred
