Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to maintain relationships and ensure value delivery within its existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments and pricing negotiations
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new buyers and introducing enhanced solutions
- Act as a strategic partner by building relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of client-facing relationship or account management experience
- Proven ability in relationship development and commitment to customer service
- Experience with SaaS business applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and MEDDPICC
- Knowledge of the ethics and compliance learning space is preferred
