Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support civic and school district clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 municipal clients to deliver continuous value
  • Advise clients on best practices for products in the Budget Cycle Management suite
  • Conduct annual account performance planning and reviews with clients
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success
  • At least 1 year of finance or accounting experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Experience with SaaS applications and local governments/school districts is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce preferred
