Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to support civic and school district clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 municipal clients to deliver continuous value
- Advise clients on best practices for products in the Budget Cycle Management suite
- Conduct annual account performance planning and reviews with clients
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success
- At least 1 year of finance or accounting experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Experience with SaaS applications and local governments/school districts is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce preferred
