Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support the Client Success team in ensuring the success and satisfaction of healthcare payor clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across healthcare provider organizations
• Support new client onboarding and training to ensure effective use of technology solutions
• Monitor client performance metrics and coordinate timely resolution of client issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in the healthcare payor or technology industry
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and ability to learn new tools and systems
• Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
