Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support the Client Success team in ensuring the success and satisfaction of healthcare payor clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across healthcare provider organizations
- Support new client onboarding and training to ensure effective use of technology solutions
- Monitor client performance metrics and coordinate timely resolution of client issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role in the healthcare payor or technology industry
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and ability to learn new tools and systems
- Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, clinical degree, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
