Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of self-insured employers and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional account management throughout the project and contract lifecycle
  • Cultivate strong relationships within client organizations to foster partnership success
  • Leverage data insights to inform account strategies and communicate ROI effectively
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with self-insured employers, payers, or managing large enterprise clients in a health-oriented industry
  • 3-5 years of client relationship/account management experience, preferably with national payers or Fortune 500 employers
  • Proven ability to retain and grow client relationships
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with technologies such as SalesForce and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
