Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact within healthcare provider organizations
• Support onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring effective use of technology solutions
• Monitor client performance metrics and coordinate issue resolution while advocating for client feedback

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success or account management within healthcare technology
• Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and technology tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making and client value demonstration
• Some sales experience and familiarity with lead qualification preferred
