Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to strategically support client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Act as the primary contact for clients to resolve ongoing questions and issues
• Coordinate client meetings and assist with the execution of communication plans

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
• Willingness to learn about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes
