Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure agency partners receive exceptional support throughout their campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agency clients and manage campaign execution
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign workflows
• Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimization, while identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in client success, client services, account management, or campaign management
• Background in digital advertising, media, adtech, or agency environments
• Strong understanding of programmatic media and campaign execution
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience supporting or managing long-running, performance-driven campaigns
