Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - SOC.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and expectations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, tracking performance metrics and managing risks
- Oversee account financial performance and drive growth through renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- Experience in SOC/Managed Security delivery preferred
- Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Elastic, Kibana, and ServiceNow preferred
