Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - SOC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and expectations
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, tracking performance metrics and managing risks
  • Oversee account financial performance and drive growth through renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
  • Experience in SOC/Managed Security delivery preferred
  • Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Elastic, Kibana, and ServiceNow preferred
