Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of independent school client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a consultative advisor to clients, understanding their organizational structure and strategic goals
  • Own net revenue retention, managing the renewal process through relationship-building and value articulation
  • Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities while acting as an internal advocate for clients
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, support, sales, or implementation, preferably in a SaaS or education-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team culture
  • A passion for K-12 education and commitment to the company's mission
