Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage client relationships across a dedicated book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships from post-installation through the contract lifecycle
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance insights
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while addressing risks to reduce churn
Required Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience in client success management or account management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce for managing account data and analyzing metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in startup or technology-driven environments is a plus
