Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and lead budget planning meetings
• Manage client requests for new projects and ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct success calls to review goals and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client success or account management within Managed Services or IT
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud solutions
• Experience with CRM tools and IT management platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
