Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success or related client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to own customer outcomes and drive value realization
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple relationships
- Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms preferred
