Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through successful adoption and proactive risk management
- Drive adoption and effective use of solutions, guiding customers on best practices and operationalization
- Monitor client health indicators and initiate recovery plans when outcomes or relationships are at risk
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success or related client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to own customer outcomes and drive value realization
- Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships with strong prioritization and organization skills
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms preferred
