Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through successful adoption and proactive risk management
  • Drive adoption and effective use of solutions, guiding customers on best practices and operationalization
  • Monitor client health indicators and initiate recovery plans when outcomes or relationships are at risk


Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in Customer/Client Success or related client-facing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own customer outcomes and drive value realization
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve results
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships with strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms preferred
