Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure the timely delivery of client commitments through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely delivery of client commitments across allocated clients
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, produce meeting notes, and provide status updates
• Track progress, resolve issues, and prioritize work-streams and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a client-centric organization
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and multi-product clients
• Project management qualification is preferred
• Expert proficiency in Monday.com
• Experience in setting and following QA processes
