Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor account health and proactively intervene to enhance client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise customer success or account management in B2B SaaS or professional services technology
- Experience managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Familiarity with customer success tools such as HubSpot, Planhat, or Gainsight
- Background in professional services, such as law, accountancy, or finance
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively
