Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager/Client Success Strategist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, optimizing onboarding and adoption of services
  • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to address client needs and support upselling opportunities
  • Facilitate revenue growth through account renewals and by identifying additional service opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years in client success, account management, or market research, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic business insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
