Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager/Client Success Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention, optimizing onboarding and adoption of services
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to address client needs and support upselling opportunities
- Facilitate revenue growth through account renewals and by identifying additional service opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or market research, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic business insights
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
