Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure a positive first impression
• Conduct daily 1:1 coaching calls and weekly group sessions to support client engagement
• Manage client communications and create training materials to enhance the client experience

Required Qualifications

• Fluent and articulate in spoken and written English
• Sales experience with a focus on guiding conversations toward decisions
• Experience in coaching or mentorship in both 1:1 and group settings
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation on platforms like Instagram and Facebook
• Full-time availability and familiarity with tools like Loom, Slack, and CRM platforms
