Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring smooth program execution and alignment with client goals
- Facilitate the creative process, maintain campaign timelines, and deliver reporting and optimizations
- Compile ROI reports to support client renewals and upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital or integrated media sales, media planning, account management, or client success
- Ability to understand and interpret data to inform account strategy
- Experience managing B2B stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Basic understanding of digital media operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus
