Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to build and manage strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale, ensuring smooth program execution and alignment with client goals
  • Facilitate the creative process, maintain campaign timelines, and deliver reporting and optimizations
  • Compile ROI reports to support client renewals and upsell opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital or integrated media sales, media planning, account management, or client success
  • Ability to understand and interpret data to inform account strategy
  • Experience managing B2B stakeholders at various seniority levels
  • Basic understanding of digital media operations
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus
