Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to manage a portfolio of advertisers and drive the success of their campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service
• Manage the gathering and organization of client-provided campaign assets for smooth and timely deployment
• Advise clients on campaign strategy and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in account management, campaign development, or similar role
• MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN, FRENCH AND ENGLISH
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
