Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with support teams to resolve issues
  • Develop and execute strategies for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling aligned with client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in client management or technical customer success in a revenue-carrying role
  • Proven success in negotiating contracts and expanding accounts for mid-market or enterprise clients
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and user support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with fundraising-related tools and knowledge of advancement business processes preferred
