Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, product adoption, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with support teams to resolve issues
- Develop and execute strategies for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling aligned with client needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client management or technical customer success in a revenue-carrying role
- Proven success in negotiating contracts and expanding accounts for mid-market or enterprise clients
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and user support
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience with fundraising-related tools and knowledge of advancement business processes preferred
