Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, focusing on adoption and advocacy
  • Consult on learning program design and effectiveness, measuring outcomes against business goals
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in LMS or related industries
  • Experience as a Learning & Development practitioner with program design and evaluation skills
  • Ability to link learning initiatives to measurable business outcomes and KPIs
  • Strong client-facing skills, including relationship-building and consultative problem-solving
  • Working understanding of SaaS, APIs, and core web technologies
