Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Provide technical insights and best practices for optimizing Salesforce-native products
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of client management or technical customer success experience in a revenue-carrying role
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and reporting
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing expansion sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of advancement/fundraising business processes and related tools preferred
