Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Provide technical insights and best practices for optimizing Salesforce-native products
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of client management or technical customer success experience in a revenue-carrying role
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and reporting
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing expansion sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of advancement/fundraising business processes and related tools preferred
