Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own a large portfolio of approximately 140 clients, focusing on efficient and scalable success
- Drive adoption and engagement through digital programs and customer journey tactics
- Maximize retention and revenue by securing renewals, minimizing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven work experience in Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or Sales
- Demonstrated success in managing a large number of accounts or a high-volume client segment
- Proficiency with CRM software and data/reporting systems
- Strong ability to influence C-Level stakeholders
- Solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
