Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through software implementation and ensuring they recognize business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of accountability for client projects and manage client onboarding to successful outcomes
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and create project plans with organized tasks against milestones
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, measure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for up-sale, expansions, and renewals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, sales, or consulting
  • Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
