Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through software implementation and ensuring they recognize business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for client projects and manage client onboarding to successful outcomes
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and create project plans with organized tasks against milestones
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, measure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for up-sale, expansions, and renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, sales, or consulting
- Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
